فويارا تطبيق لاستكشاف أماكن الإقامة وحجزها، تشغّله MomoLab (ويُشار إليها بـ «نحن»). توضّح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه عنك عند استخدام النسخة التجريبية من التطبيق، ولماذا، وما الخيارات المتاحة لك.

هذه نسخة تجريبية مبكرة تُوزَّع عبر TestFlight. تعمل على خادم اختبار، والحجوزات فيها ليست حقيقية ولا تُحصَّل عنها أي مبالغ. قد نعيد ضبط بيانات الاختبار أو نحذفها في أي وقت دون إشعار، وسنحذف كل بيانات التجربة عند انتهائها.

ما نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مشفّرة بالتجزئة ولا نطّلع عليها)، والاسم الأول والأخير، واختياريًا الجنس ونبذة قصيرة وصورة الملف الشخصي.
نشاطك في التطبيق: الحجوزات التجريبية (التواريخ وعدد الضيوف والمبلغ التقديري)، والأماكن المحفوظة، والتقييمات وصورها، والرسائل المتبادلة مع المضيفين أو الضيوف.
محتوى المضيفين: إن أضفت مكانًا، فوصفه وصوره وموقعه وتوفره وحجوزاته.
الإشعارات: رمز إشعارات الجهاز (APNs) إن سمحت بالإشعارات، لنُعلمك بالحجوزات والرسائل.
سجلات تقنية: عنوان IP ووقت الطلب ومساره، لأغراض الأمان وتصحيح الأخطاء فقط.

ما لا نجمعه

موقع جهازك؛ الخريطة تعرض مواقع الأماكن فقط ولا نطلب إذن الموقع.
جهات اتصالك أو الكاميرا؛ الصور تأتي فقط مما تختاره من مكتبة الصور.
بيانات بطاقات الدفع؛ الدفع في النسخة التجريبية محاكاة بالكامل.
لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة.

TestFlight

لأن التطبيق يُوزَّع عبر TestFlight، تجمع Apple تقارير الأعطال وأي ملاحظات أو لقطات شاشة ترسلها من داخل TestFlight، وتشاركها معنا. يخضع ذلك لـسياسة خصوصية Apple وشروط TestFlight.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

تشغيل التطبيق: إنشاء الحساب، البحث، الحجز، الرسائل، وإدارة الأماكن.
إرسال إشعارات عن حجوزاتك ورسائلك.
اكتشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين التجربة.

مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط:

مع المضيف أو الضيف الآخر عند الحجز أو المراسلة (اسمك وصورتك ورسائلك)، لأن ذلك ضروري للخدمة.
مع مزوّد الاستضافة الذي يشغّل خوادمنا، بصفته معالجًا للبيانات نيابةً عنا.
مع Apple عبر TestFlight كما هو موضح أعلاه.
عندما يلزمنا القانون بذلك.

التخزين والاحتفاظ

تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم نشغّلها، وقد تكون خارج بلد إقامتك. جلسات الدخول تنتهي خلال ٧ أيام من عدم الاستخدام. نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك حتى تطلب حذفها أو حتى انتهاء النسخة التجريبية، أيهما أقرب، ثم نحذفها.

حقوقك

يمكنك تعديل اسمك ونبذتك وصورتك من داخل التطبيق. لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك وكل ما يرتبط به، راسلنا على moayadev@gmail.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وسننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٨ عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر التطبيق. سنغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهريًا.

Voyara Privacy Policy

Effective 17 September 2026 · Beta (TestFlight)

Voyara is an app for discovering and booking places to stay, operated by MomoLab ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use the beta, why, and what choices you have.

This is an early beta distributed through TestFlight. It runs against a test server: bookings are not real and no money is charged. We may reset or delete test data at any time without notice, and we will delete all beta data when the beta ends.

What we collect

Account: your email address and password (stored as a salted hash; we cannot read it), first and last name, and optionally gender, a short bio, and a profile photo.
Activity: test bookings (dates, guest counts, quoted amount), saved listings, reviews and review photos, and messages you exchange with hosts or guests.
Host content: if you list a place, its description, photos, location, availability, and reservations.
Notifications: a device push token (APNs) if you allow notifications, so we can tell you about bookings and messages.
Technical logs: IP address, request time, and path, kept for security and debugging only.

What we don't collect

Your device location. The map shows listing locations only; we never request location permission.
Contacts or camera access. Photos come only from images you pick from your library.
Payment card details. Payment in the beta is fully simulated.
We use no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

TestFlight

Because the app is distributed through TestFlight, Apple collects crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you submit from within TestFlight and shares them with us. This is governed by Apple's privacy policy and the TestFlight terms.

How we use it

To run the app: accounts, search, booking, messaging, and listing management.
To notify you about your bookings and messages.
To find and fix bugs and improve the experience.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only:

With the host or guest on the other side of a booking or conversation (your name, photo, and messages), because the service needs it.
With the hosting provider that runs our servers, acting as a processor on our behalf.
With Apple through TestFlight, as described above.
When the law requires it.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers we operate, which may be outside your country. Sign-in sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity. We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it or the beta ends, whichever comes first, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can edit your name, bio, and photo in the app. To request a copy of your data or delete your account and everything tied to it, email moayadev@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will act within 30 days.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
